Max’s Place is founded on a love for saving dog’s in need. With the overpopulation of dogs across the state of Texas and a very broken shelter system we knew we needed to find a way to help.

At Max’s Place Dog Rescue we love to help the Underdogs, the forgotten, the sick and the “broken” - to turn their story around into the beautiful life that they have always deserved. Who doesn’t love a good Underdog Story? We know we do!

Max’s Place is named after our founder’s very first Rescue Dog “Max” he got the 2nd chance at life that he deserved and we know there are many other dogs who do as well.
